Went on the staging of the 'Oranjemolen' in Flushing, Zeeland, the Netherlands, in order to make a picture of the river Western Scheldt, just where it flows into the North Sea. As you can see, not only boats or ships have steering wheels, but traditional windmills as well.

Edit: understand by the put forward questions, that a little explanation would be helpful: with this wheel the top of the mill with its sails attached, is turned manuallly towards the wind.
