Lovely image, would have been nice to see the horses and riders from the front, though! I am always surprised about how relaxed the Dutch are about riding helmets - I wouldn't get away with a ride without one on here in the UK!

Cornelius - Front or back end of the horse, this is a fine photograph. I like the lines in this photo, all heading to the horizon, even a dip in the clouds at that point. Thad
Where I use to work, I had to see a lot of horses rears all the time. Of course, they probably thought the same about me. LOL. Beautiful shot, Mr. C. Looks like a gorgeous day for a ride in the country on horseback. I like the shadows that are cast there, and the countryside is very inviting. Good work as usual. I hope you are all over your flu, and are feeling chipper again.
Even the horses look relaxed in this scene Sea. They don't seem to be worried about the riding whips. The scene surrounding the horses and riders is quite good.
I think this is a well taken shot Mr. C. I really like the gray in this one. Such a fine looking animal. I also like the lead in lines of this one. ♪ ♫ :)sandi♪ =^..^=
The first thought that came to mind upon seeing this is that life is more or less the same in many respects no matter what country you visit. Very pleasant scene.
Excellent framing of this shot, Cornelius. The bold colors of a bright sunny day, the strong lines leading one right down the road with the horses and the fine clarity make for a superb shot.
MrC...this is such a beautiful "countryside" photo! I just moved away from the countryside, and from our horses etc. so I really am enjoying this photo of yours. The colours are so perfect and the whole setting is filled with peace and wonderful feelings.I love how the fence is on the right. How it leads you right down that road and onto the little barn at the far end. Thank you so much..Verena
