Snow and frost are gone now (temporary?) in the part of the world where I'm living (Zeeland, The Netherlands), but think this image is worth still to be posted.
Hope you'll like it. Thank you in advance for your comment.

This is gorgeous, the cold grey light is fantastic. The lines leading into the distance and the balance of the components are likewise fantastic. The tilt to the left is a bit distracting though. :)

Mr. C - I assume you are skating on the waterway while photographing this scene! lol The heavy frost, and the stormy clouds in the distance present a cold, wintry image. Very well done! Thad
It is known that there is an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.
You darn right this was worth posting!!! It is magnificent and so beautiful!! Oh and one more thing.....it's worth keeping too!! Thank you for sharing Mr. C.
My my my, Mr. C. What a gorgeous shot. I would have to say that any picture of yours, no matter when it was taken, is worth posting any time of the year. I wish Ohio in the States was as beautiful as Holland.
The hoary frost makes it great Sea. I suspect there will be skaters on the canal before long. Good lead in lines.
Good health to you and yours.
