Ron, aka Tick (0930_23) and Thad (Luckyshot) did me a request on January 15th, 2010 (please, see my yesterday's narrative).
So I opened one of my shoe boxes to fulfil their requests (lol). I will post three images in all of ice skating people, all three taken on January 3rd, 2009 on the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands.
This is the second one. Hope you'll like it too. Thank you in advance for your comment.

Very nice image Cornelius. I remember the barge with the flowers. The "skating rink" looks very good.

I loved your past posts of these types of scenes and I love this one as well. It is so full of life. That sled sitting on the ice on the right is precious. It looks like it is something you would find from many years ago.. KEEP-PAH.

Norman Rockwell would have loved your people skating shots Sea. The child with the sled makes it even more Rockwellish. Beautiful and thanks for posting.

This is one of the most amazing and beautiful photos I have seen in a long long time! How beautiful the scene and the child with the sled and what is that barge? what is on it? This looks like a Currier and Ives painting. Absolutely magnificent. It should be in a book, a magazine, calendars! Just so awesome Mr C
