This 'shoebox' image of wild lilacs along a small country road was captured in the spring on a photo shoot on the peninsula of South Beveland, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

This could be a shot of Ohio, were it not for the orange roof. That's something you don't see here. Maybe I should start a trend. LOL. Gorgeous shot of the lilac foofies, and the entire scene is beautiful.

Lady Di's favorite is a a lilac, Sea. I will see that she gets to see this one because I'm faving it. Lady Di is my wife Dianna. Owd Timer was kind enough to call her Lady Di.
She will love it.

Although I know the principle of focus stacking, my answer is: 'No', because this is the one and only image I took on this spot.
What you see is an image with its natural DOF. I used the highest possible diaphragma number and a relative long shuttertime, possible because of the use of a tripod.

The lighting is perfect cornelius. I really like the soft colors of the flowers as well. It is a great contrast to the surrounding country.

Oh my. I just wanna bury my face in those blooms forever. Cornelius, you have captured my all time favorite flower just wonderfully here. If I had my way, I'd make those perfect blooms flower all year round instead of the scant two weeks we get them here!
