This image was captured recently. I was told that the yellow plants grow only there to improve the structure of the soil. Within a couple of days the field will be ploughed up.
PS: in the distance you can see the little town of Veere (Zeeland, The Netherlands) and a part of the Lake of Veere.

The yellow field and good looking clouds are best parts of your composition, Cornelius. Two small sailboats hardly add something to it. They and the city is so far that we can neglect them in the whole image. As usual; lighting, focus and colors are high quality.

The field is pretty, but I really love the view in the distance. The sail boats, and the buildings really add interest to this great shot, Mr. C. You captured a beautiful sky as well.
