I must have been in a place exactly like that, but where ...
Not in Brussels, neither Antwerp, so it leaves only some German town or London or some place in the US like Philadelphia. Or could it have been Helsinki? No, I have a feeling like having visited this place several times, so it must have been either Hamburg or Bremen. Anyway this is a stunning image, most interesting place and great in case of bad weather outside.
