It's rather balmy here right now...and raining. It won't last....snow is on the way. Fantastic shot of your wintry area, of the world, Mr. C. I really like the long shadows.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Cornelius - It looks like Jack Frost set up camp in this field. The glistening heavy frost on everything highlighted by the shining sun and blue sky above makes a lovely scene. Thad
I like the long shadows in this one Sea. Is this from the shoebox or have you ventured out again? Either way, it is a good post. Good health to you and yours.
Have yet to see anything this lovely here, Cornelius. In fact, it is 50F and raining right now. This is unusual weather for us. I am not jealous and I'm not anxious for the snow to come, but when it does, I hope it is pretty like this and clings to the trees.
Cornelius. It does look cold and the lighting is very good but what I like about this is the overall blue color that seems to permeate the whole shot. Well done image Paul
The heavy frost and bright blue winter sky make a great photo, Cornelius. I love how you've framed this shot with the long, blue-tinged shadows on the foreground. Well done!
