I've found two more: the street, which also runs in an "S"-curve :-)

BTW, why are there no swimmers? The sun must not be that hot, or the sea too cold? Anyway, I like this one, it makes me think of holidays with nothing to do except for long walks at the beach...

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Oh my. I Should read more Slowly. I just saw sea, sand, sky and sun. Here I was looking through the image for things that looked like the letter S. Hate to admit it, but Senility is taking hold. Made me give the image a good looking over though. lol It is a most pleasant Scene and well constructed within the frame, Cornelius. You have comp and quality down to a "T".

You sure blended them together superbly. Wonderful work.
Good health to you and yours.

You forgot "asssssssssssphalt." 8D I like how the road curve mimics the foliage, sand, and shore. Good Job - high marks in the VB just now.

An excellent perspective in your composition. I too enjoy the far reaching wide view. The roads and shoreline sending the eye in all directions. Saved to explore more.

I love all the things going on in this picture and what i find particularly interesting is the marram grass growing in very regimented lines towards the beach. I assume its been planted like that rather than growing naturally but its great for the composition. However, i also find that curving road distracts my eye from the beach and seashore and drags it back to the right. Do you have a shot where there is more sea and less road? I would be interested to see it! Still a stunning and beautiful capture despite this. I can almost feel the wind whipping round my ears!
