The islands and peninsulas of the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands are surrounded by sea or artificial lakes (former sea). One of them is the Lake of Veere, a 22 kilometres long artificial lagoon, situtated between the peninsula's of North- and South-Beveland and Walcheren. Cornelius - With the foreground flowers and sweeping shoreline, you frame the water so well. Further, they offer a contrast to the deep blue of the sky and lake. Even the solitary cloud mirrors the shoreline. Excellent work, my friend! Thad

The flowers really add a lot to this wonderful shot Sea. It is easy to see where your heart lies. I can feel the love of the sea in this shot. So well composed.

Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.
Mij al zo vaak voorgenomen om dit mooie Veere eens te bezichtigen (warm gemaakt door jouw fraaie serie)... maar het is tot heden bij dit voornemen gebleven helaas. Wat ik in je Veere foto's vaak zie is die fijne rust die deze plek uitstraalt. Zo te zien geniet men op deze foto in de boten van deze omgeving.. ik geniet van jou foto! Mooi werk Cornelius! Michel
