Those contrasts are mind boggling!...The soft yellow against that sky made the blooms look like they been done in HDR!...whether intended or not, it came out brilliant!

Yes they are, Cornelius - I suppose that is why they are called sunflower. Wonderful shot with the bright yellow flowers against the blue sky.
