That's funny, Mr. C. The cows around here actually advertise on billboards. It shows them saying...Click here to see what they say. Very nice shot of the cow on the hill.

I like the close up of the black and white cow staring across the pond observing the water birds. In the US we have cowbirds, they are white birds who hang around cows..good close up shot of a happy cow Mr C!

That is the finest looking Labstein I have ever seen Sea. And it talks to boot. I knew you would finally end up talking to the animals. It looks like she has a shock collar on so she won't bite the birds too hard when she retrieves them.

Labstein, noun, adjective--A cross between a Labrador and Holstein. Very rare, friendly, fetches birds and serves milk for dinner.

Yow! So now we have a Wow Cow! She sure is a beautiful looking creature, a perfect representative of her species, but perhaps natural selection has given her an advantage of currently being able to speak. I can't imagine she talks to boots as Tick suggested, but she did respond when spoken to directly. She seems to be keenly fascinated with those birds, but in a day, what really does a cow have to do otherwise? Beautiful shot, Cornelius, and I was greatly amused by the story behind it. lol

This is the first time I've seen a 'cow' bird watcher ... most of the bird watchers I know only have two legs. The cow sure is a beauty & I love the detail. Excellent capture, Cornelius.

This is a wonderful capture Cornelius. It is fun sometimes just to step outside of our comfort zone. You did a bang up job of it.

Cornelius - This lady was looking wishfully at the fowl, dreaming of the ability to fly - as then she could really jump over the moon! lol Your clarity and colors are on the mark, as always. Regarding the composition, I would consider dropping out the distant trees at the top of the image, as they distract my eye from the rest of the image. That said, you photo is very well done! Thad
