The hazard A class (A = major) tankship 'BW Boss' (54,586 DWT = tons dead weight, Lenght 230.0 metres, Beam 36.0 metres, Depth 11.2 metres) temporary moored at buoys and anchored in one of the harbours of Flushing, Zeeland, the Netherlands, captured just before departure outward bound to a, to me unknown, destination.

Cornelius - The tug pulling the line taut reminds me of the children's story The Little Engine That Could, in which the small train engine said, "I think I can, I think I can." I like the open water in the foreground, with its reflections of the ships. It emphasizes the sea as a critical element in this harbor scene. Thad

There is a lot to look and enjoy in this photo Sea. The tanker takes the stage but all the other ships and cranes are part of it all. Lovely post.

Very nice capture of the activities in the harbour. The tanker ship is very huge one. Its color is very interesting, I don't remember any ship, in this color, I had seen before. Those tugboats at work always attracs me and I enjoy very much to watch them work.
