It's Friday again, so time for a new F² (Foofy Friday) image. This time it's an image of a Mexican Aster (Cosmos Bipinnatus), captured along the border of a field. For further details, please check-out THIS LINK. I decided to show it as natural as possible. Therefore I didn't clone out the pollen on its petals.

Hope you like this image. Thanks in advance for your comment.

Brilliant colours on this flower. That and the play of light and shadows make this a very beautiful flower image Cornelius.

Beautiful FF image. Very well composed and taken with high quality. Light-shadow use is great here. Good not to clone out her natural parts, pollens. Focus is spot on.

Cornelius - Outstanding pov for this close up. The lighting has produced lovely highlights and shadows, and gives the pollen a sparkle that makes it an integral part of the image. I am pleased you did not clone it out. DOF and its blurred background add much to the image. Very fine work, my friend. Thad

If you have Mexican foofies over there, then you must have Mexican food, too. Yummy! LOL. This is beautiful, Mr.C. The color and the lighting are outstanding, and you have such good detail in the shot too. Well done!

I don't think I have ever seen one of these Sea. My cousin lives in Texas and he says there are some down there near the border.
: I have never taken a shot where I could clone out the pollen.
Beautiful F² post.
Good health to you and ours.

Soooooooo beautiful and what an original composition for a flower. There are so many flower shots on Caedes but i have never seen on quite like this and it is a very refreshing point of view. The colour is stunning also.
