I love the nearness of the first building on the right, the shadows and the bike. Such a pretty street. I wonder if once horsedrawn carts rambled down this pavement.

A picture is worth a thousand words.
You don't see many basement/cellar doors like that around anymore Sea. They used to be everywhere. I suppose that is what they are.
Streets like this are so cool. I can almost hear the heels clicking on the bricks. Wonderful series.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
Those buildings look like they are standing to attention and that flag staff forming the guard of honour! Its nice to walk through the streets of Middelburg seeing it through your eyes and camera. Well done!
