Wonderful lighting in this shot Cornelius. There were ports where I was happy when I was out bound and there were ports where I wished we could have stayed a bit longer. But that was our life as you know.

Very nice composition with the ship 'in' the light. This must be a very moody scene which most seaman on duty don't see from this point of view but their families and friends. Wonderful work, my friend.

Nice composition and color tones. Lots of extreme contrasts. That boat doesn't appear to be in very deep water on its way out to sea.

A telephoto shot into the sunlight is quite an acrobatic feat, Cornelius. You can an A for effort and an A for artistry. Interesting how you can take an industrial oil tanker and make it look romantic. You work with light is exceptional and the colors aren't small potatoes either. Brilliant work.
