As you can see, the clear sky has changed rather quickly into a dramatic one because of an approaching thunderstorm. I think it will be no problem now for this traditional Dutch windmill to do what the title says.

Hope you'll like this image. Thanks in advance for your comment.

Cornelius you have managed the change in the sky so well. This perfectly exposed, and composed image is worth a wall hanging, or could be worthy of being in a magazine. Tigs♥ =^..^=

This type of framing I like SEA. That a beautiful sky and the angle of the Windmill really does look good.
One of my favorite songs of all time SEA. Take a listen.
Good health to you and yours.

Not the image I expected Mr. C

Forgive me, I read it wrong. I thought I read "Breaking the Wind".

Thank God I misread it. LOL.

Love the Windmills......Thanks for sharing.

First we have "Yellow is the Color" and now "Catch the Wind". It's great to know that I'm not the only person on Caedes with impeccable taste in music, Cornelius. I can only guess what your image will be when you post "Epistel To Dippy".

If there was ever a stereotypical shot of the Netherlands that I pictured as an ignorant schoolboy growing up in Illinois, this would be it. I can easily imagine this shot on the cover of National Geographic.

"God schiep de aarde, de Hollanders schiepen Holland." . . and these hard working mills which add so much character and beauty. The sky really is dramatic and adds to this well composed scene. Super shot Cornelius.
