As you can see by the lush green trees, this image was captured some while ago in Haarlem, a town in the province North-Holland, the Netherlands.
Depicted is the traditional windmill "De Adriaan".Think it's a too nice image to keep it in the 'bin'.

I agree, this is too beautiful to keep in the bin. Wonderful post. Now I'm wondering if Harlem NYC took it's name from this village.

Count me in as another glad to see this come out of the bin...this traditional windmill recalls memories of what I learned about your country when I was in public school as a young child...lovely shot, colorful, and good clarity.

Cornelius, New Amsterdam was the name of South Manhattan, So it is quite clear the name came from Harlem, Netherlands. Yes this is no image for the bin. LOvely composition and very good clarity.
