Yes, there is no one in sight...but I bet there are plenty of people out of sight! LOL. This shot is so beautifully composed, Mr. C. It's also gorgeous!
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By. Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
ditto after our EJ [pure curiosity] plus another request - please state the time/date more or less when you take pictures. Be an angel and spare me guessing of seasons at least :) This is one serene and crisp image, dear C. Thanks, dear friend, and hugs from your Polish fans and sailing friends [SAAB is only a good swimmer] SAM & SAAB
It took this a while to load full screen Sea, but the wait was well worth it. This is proof there is beauty in winter. You are a masterful landscape artist. I salute you Captain.
Referring to SAM's and E.J.'s comment, I like to repeat what I have said before a while ago. All my images are taken with different Nikon bodies in the RAW-format (Nikon call this NEF). When captured with my D5300 body they have a size of 6,000 by 4,000 pixels. Before I can upload them to Caedes, I have to edit/convert the NEF-format into the PNG format (with the use of a PS CAMERA RAW image editor) and after that I have to reduce the size to at least 3,200 by 2,130 pixels according the Caedes upload size limitations. When I should try to upload them straight from my camera, they wouldn't be accepted by Caedes. Referring to SAM's comment about providing a date and time: when it's relevant I'll provide you in my narrative with information about the season and the place where the image is taken. It may be clear that when an image shows a snowy landscape, that there's no need to tell you that it's taken in the wintertime. Like to say too however that I recently have posted an image that was taken in January. I've mentioned this clearly in my narrative. In spite of that I got some comments saying that it was a wonderful Fall image, lol.
Regards, Cornelius.
PS: Captured with a Nikon AF-S Nikkor 18-300mm 1:3.5 - 5.6 G ED VRII lens. A 77mm circular polarization filter was used as well, so enhancing the tones and contrast of the sky. The frame was added by means of the PS-plug in 'AAA frames/photo frame'.
