'OG-10' is the name/number of the depicted buoy. It stands for 'Oostgat # 10'. 'Oostgat is the Dutch name of a coastal water off the coast of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands, which is very frequently used by seagoing vessels on their way from the port of Antwerp (Belgium) to other ports like Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and Hamburg (Germany) v.v. I think that Raj knows by heart where this buoy is situated, lol.
