This image was taken on a beach at the west side of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands, there where the coastal traffic, mostly consisting of large international seagoing vessels, approaches the coastline very near.

Hope you'll enjoy this image. Thanks in advance for myour comment.

I can't imagine getting to see scenes like this on a daily basis, SEA.
I bet it gets your heart pumping with joy.
Meanwhile the bilge pump is doing something else.
I like it.

Now, that's unique sight for me!
Never saw any boat so close to the shore in the Baltic Sea.
Fantastic, dear agent, and many thanks [with a tiny bit of envy:)]

Nice shot of the ships and the sea Cornelius. The MSC vessel looks rather empty. Probably just starting the new charter/voyage from Antwerp.

Another outstanding capture SEA, really like the texture of the water and superb composition. He looks like he's heading somewhere to pick up cargo

Not a scene I see Mr.C. being only on Lake Michigan and not on the coast- the size of those vessels is amazing - it must be at least 10 stories high or more!

That One seems pretty empty Mr.SEA. At first I thought it had run aground. Can nearly see the rudder. Thanks for posting this Salt Water Beauty.

What a beautiful scene and image , Cornelius .
Before 9/11 we use to be able to go to The Port Of Indiana , and see some incredible ships coming in.
Since 9/11 the Port is closed to the public for security reasons . I miss being able to view scenes like this one . Excellent work .

She seems to be riding mighty high and so close to the shore, Cornelius. Very interesting perpective with the waves rolling in on the sandy foreground. Well done!

Actually very close to the coast, the background should be important given their Draught! Excellent capture Cornelius.
