What amazing architecture...I see they are giving one of the buildings a face lift. That city square must be a glorious place. I love the horses and buggies. I will have to put Belgium as well as Holland on my bucket list. (As well as all the other countries in Europe..except Italy..I have been there.)

Very interesting scene with those old buildings with all their decorations and the horses and carriages in the front. Nicely composed and beautiful shot Cornelius.

Wonderful composition, SEA...love the architecture, statue, brick road, and of course the horses and carriages...I notice the one in the middle has turned his head away...could be a fugitive wanted by the law...as a secret agent you should look into this, lol.

This is my second attempt at making a comment on this valuable new episode in the series - the first one was broken by unforeseen circumstances [please note the elegant manner to refer to secret agents business affairs:)]. Like the other agents, both existing and future ones, I agree that visiting Holland should be a must for contemporary painters, photographers and last not least football fans:)
I have been wondering while watching this image if the flags are there on regular basis of whether there was some particular occasion/holiday when you took this shot.
As to my expectations for the this series - these are in connection with the buildings rather than horses [Boris urges me to state that:)]. Particularly I want to see more of the beautiful roof structures facing the viewer.
Please treat that as an order for your mission:)

What a great shot of a city square! The image is so sharp. There is so much to look at: the details of the architecture, the statue, the brick pavement. If I visited, I would definitely be one of those riding in the carriages! A great way to see the sights. What a wonderful city.
