This young female sailor is preparing to do some maintenance in one of the masts of the SV (Sailing Vessel) 'Tres Hombres'. She's apparently not suffering from fear of heights.

Hope you'll like this image. Thanks in advance for your comment.

Fearing that my temper will not allow me to finish my critical remark I will make myself as brief as possible: This is a male chauvinist approach !
There are some ladies here on Caedes and in SOS who would appreciate some handsome male mariners too! Not necessarily master mariners but some ordinary seamen would do...:)
Seriously, now since we have been teasing one another rather a lot these days:)
Great geometry here with all those lines and the girl - as a good-looking specimen - adds somewhat to this image too.
Fantastic colours.

She has a security harness around her but even still you wouldn't catch me up there. Good one.

She looks quite sure of herself up there Cornelius. Although I had to climb the tall masts as a cadet and even sometimes as mate I was never happy doing it. Nice and interesting capture.

She looks quite at ease up there Mr.C. - and the geometrics of this shot are terrific.

That's amazing what they go through to keep things ship shape. Outstanding capture and angle.

Intriguing shot, SEA, and good to see the gals getting in on this work...of course, like SAM, I'd be happy to see the male counterpart as well, lol.

Excellent image of a young sailor. The sky is so blue and the rope lines are striking! I'm not fond of heights, myself, but more power to her!
