This is the wind organ at the Sea Front in Flushing, Zeeland, The Netherlands. By checking-out THIS LINK you'll have an impression of its sound on stormy days.
Hope you'll like this image. Thanks in advance for your comment.

I have never seen anything like this Mr.C - I listened to the link as well and what an unusual sound to it. It's always a good day when I learn something - my thanks for this image and info.
Never seen this before. The video shows size and those things are huge!! The noise sounds like ghosts. Your image is more peaceful, great lighting and all is still. lol
Cornelius - Seeing these makes me think about the long rods used by The Blue Man Group in their musical performances. It must be quite interesting in Flushing during high winds, as these tubes react. And the photography is, as always, top notch!! Thad
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
its eerie and too cool all at the same time! i have to make one of these and put it up on the property out back. keep the deer away from the house and...well make my neighbor move all at the same time :)
