The Russian frigate 'Shtandart' (homeport St. Petersburg) while moored at Middelburg, Zeeland, The Netherlands. The 'Shtandart' is a replica of the, in 1703 built, original 'Shtandart'. The replica made her maiden trip in 2000.

Vry interesting photo Cornelius. So this is how the ship built in 1703 looked like. I wonder what routes/voyages she sailed on. Thanks for sharing.

You would have a job beating this one for colours so vivid but so natural at the sane time and the detail plus presentation is perfect .I am luck to say that I do get the chance to see lovely ships like this when on holiday in Cornwall the UK but never with such beautiful pant work as this ship.
