It's an almost silhouetted image because its was captured while 'against the light' and late time of the day. It's the three-masted schooner Oosterschelde, sailing on the North Sea off the coast of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

Hope you'll like it. Thanks in advance for your comment.

She is a beauty and the lighting works perfectly, Cornelius. A true work horse on the sea, considering what she used to haul. Thankfully, enthusiasts and restorers keep the sails full.

"Fair Winds and Following Seas" to the Oosterschelde.

P.S. I could never be a crew member on this vessel because I can't pronounce her name!

What a beautiful sight to see a wonderful tall ship, old freighter as they used it for back then. Thanks for the wonderful link, love learning history. Your capture is Spectacular and love those wonderful tones, in full I see there is a huge freighter/cargo ship on the horizon, also love the shimmer of the water. Love it my friend
