Perhaps you'll expect that I've taken this image in the spring, but in fact it's taken two days ago (October 5th, 2014). This image was captured in the nature preserve 'Middelplaten', Zeeland. The Netherlands.

I like the color of these horses. The little one must be hungry. We are having a very mild Autumn in Italy that I hope will last through the Winter.

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
I think this is such a good capture with the lens Mr. C. good use of lighting, and good color. It seems rather late in the year for the little one, I hope the winter is not too harsh for the foal. =^..^=tigs♥

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
Yes, foal's are usually born in the Spring & it's quite unusual to see one so young this time of the year. Looks like the horses are preparing themselves for the upcoming colder months. Beautifully captured, Cornelius.
