I'm getting old, as I was out of breathe after climbing the dune top, but this view has compensated a lot. Image was taken in the sand dunes of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

Beautiful view with the clouds and the rays. I like the variety of color in the vegetation. It does look like it was a bit of a hike...but this image is worth it!!
A steep walk well worth taking, Mr. C. Extraordinary lighting especially with those beautiful rays. I love the lead in with the walkway and the fences. The sky is amazing.
The exercise was well worth the effort Cornelius when I look at this post. A beautiful view looking down to the water with lush colourful vegetation on either side of the path.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
The colors in this shot are very nice Mr. C. I love the rays of the sun shining through the clouds. This path across the dunes looks great in this shot. Thanks for hike and for taking us with You. Is that blue and gold object a ship or is that a building on the other side? It looks so square I can't tell what it is.
A walk worth taking Mr. C. This scene is just breathtaking - love the dramatic sky, the "window" opening in which those beautiful rays of light are coming through, and the vegetation. Superior work!!!

Wow I see you are very talented at landscape photography too Cornelius I love how you capture the sun rays and the path that leads you eyes down to the the water front as a lovely curve and stunning detail .Plus lovely colours and when enlarge this scene sure pops .
I thought it said "Sleep Walk," at first SEA. Good thing it wasn't because one slight stumble, and you are in for a "rude," awakening. The view is great and the walkway's texture is perfect. Well composed.
I'm sure ready for the walk after all that food over Christmas. Gorgeous capture and love the way the walk takes your eyes right down to the shore and the incoming waves plus the shoreline. Love the sun rays coming through the clouds and making them look like silver
