For the stubborn ones who don't want to get out of bed Monday morning this 'alarm clock' will certainly get their attention, lol...nice clear shot and closeup...good one for the day.
I had to smile at Saw's comment, that would be a heck of an alarm clock! Mr. C. not to inviting for a welcome, but like always so crisp, and clear. Your images are always right on. tigs=^..^=
Cornelius - A friendly greeting from the Flushing Visitor's Bureau - "Welcome to Flushing, where everyone has a blast!" Comp, color, clarity - spot on.
At least those aren't machine guns pointed at us! Very interesting shot, and very well taken and presented, Mr. C. If I ever come to Flushing, I will be sure to wear a suit of armor, and have my running shoes on!
"No, thanks for such welcome LOL" - said SAM "Yes, this is just OK and I must check inside these ratholes, there might be some cat or at least some bread roll" - said SAAB
I happen to know a fellow who could make a manipulation of your gun & Boris peering inside - that would be fun, wouldn't it?
Thanks for the fun! And beauty of the old architecture! SAM & SAAB
Wow I just love the angle you took this cannons from and you focus is one hundred percent with great depth of field and as always stunning natural colours .Plus the building in the background make this one great capture it as if they are still being protected by these cannons still my years on and the light and Sky is superb too.
Well, Mr. C., your Manic Monday post sure got my attention!!! I really like the angle of view of your image with regard to the cannons and the slight distortion which is a positive. A well thought out shot and superior clarity. Excellent!!!
