The path along the 'Canal through Walcheren', Zeeland, The Netherlands, was formerly used as a towpath for canal boats. It is now a cycle track which is perfect for cycling, especially now because of the smell of surrounding cow parsley and hawthorn.

An ideal and beautiful location for a bicycle path. The path draws me into your image and disappears in the distance, along with the shrinking trees on left side of the canal. Fantastico, Cornelius!

Holland must be the best country in the world for everyday cyclist..I see the Dutch over here with their Bicycles loaded to the gun-whales with bags and I think,It's not Holland my friend,They really struggle..Lovely image...Happy cycling......R.

Beautiful photography a love the curve in this photo and the path leading ones eyes around this lovely scene .Plus great colours and detail especially in the Birch Tree and yes outstanding presentation of this wonderful scene .

Cyclists are treated so much better in your country Mr. C. - very few of our roadways have bicycle lanes and it can be dangerous amongst the cars. A beautiful spot and the curving draws us through the image.
