I've spotted this Little egret (Egretta garzetta) while it was fishing on a riverbank in my area. Later it moved on, invisible to me, so that I couldn't detect whether it was successful or not.

Edit: I've edited my initial narrative somewhat because I didn't make clear that I wasn't the one who was fishing, but only the egret. Apologies for my mistake.

I'm not certain who is the fisherman, the Egret or Cornelius, but you have captured a beautiful scene. Hopefully, the Egret left with a full belly. Well done, my friend.

I love the awesome reflections in this gorgeous shot, Mr. C. Outstanding colors, also. I would love to do some fishing there, but I wouldn't want to rob the birds of their dinner!

The egret and its reflection really stand out against that beautiful background Cornelius. A very nice and well composed shot.

The ducks are searching for food also. This is a nicely composed and photographed river shot with the little egret as the main point of interest. A fine shot.

A lovely scene, with not only the fishing egret, but two other birds that I think are ducks, as well. I love the reedy looking plants on the left side of the photo and the out-of-focus foliage on the right make this a wonderful image, Mr. C. Very nice work.
