photography->sunset/rise
I went for a promising sunset photo shoot, but then suddenly the clouds rolled in. I decided to use the benefits of my disappointment (☺) in an optimal way, with this result.
Image was recently taken (February, 15th, 2017) on a muddy, unpaved, country road on the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

Really like the lead of the road taking us through this lovely countryside. Gorgeous capture and colours. Well I really like this, sometimes the clouds create a wonderful scene

Cornelius, You did a great job taking maximum advantage of your disappointment. I can relate as I often head out into the country for a sunset only to run into overcast skies or fog.
The eye naturally follows the road to the gate and then to the pasture beyond. The dirt road has character, the trees are well detailed and the sky was shot with a delicate touch.

Truly gorgeous. The bluer clouds look like mountains (I thought they were, 'til I pulled the image up).

You did use the clouds to your advantage here , the colors are richer than they might be in sun , a great photo.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
