Think that the dentist was afraid that 'customers' wouldn't believe that they had to go through the small gate in this ancient archway to get some 'maintenance' for their teeth and/or to be relieved from dental pain, ☺, so that he/she has placed this attention sign.
A pretty manic situation, so it's my entry for Manic Monday.
PS: this image was taken on the opposite side of THIS ONE.

The dentist offices near me are huge edifices with cartoon animated signs (to appeal to children) and attached indoor playgrounds. One is in the shape of a train station with train tracks and a real train out front! It also has a fake conductor who waves to the children. So this dental office looks quite conservative as a contrast! lol

LOL :) It's a very small gap to enter the dentists.
Would be very easy to miss without the sign.

I'm not sure how anyone could miss that entrance, but I don't know that I would want to go in there. It's got kind of a creepy clown vibe to it. (Shudders at the thought!)
