Although my medical situation has been improved due to recently treatments, I'm still not able to go out for a photo shoot without the use of a wheel chair. So this image comes from the bin (taken on October 14th, 2017 near a forest edge on the northern part of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands).

Thursday February 22th, 2018 I've to undergo (minor) surgery again. Have to wait for the results. Although I was told that complete recovery can last for about one year, I hope however that I can resume my Caedes-activities soon.

I like to use this opportunity not only to give you this update, but to say thanks for your heartwarming support by means of comments (in the bulletin board), PM's, e-mails, and other. Highly appreciated, my friends!

This path is like the one we go down in life and a metaphor for what you are going through. Your picture shows us the beauty of nature and this beauty represents you. We are all with you on this journey to recovery and cannot wait until it can be said that the journey is all behind you. Best wishes Mr C.

I am speechless and happy. Your picture is so optimistic and beautiful. Love it. You have enough photos and don't have to go out in this weather and condition. Just send them, keep them coming. LOL Take care, my dear friend.

What a pleasant surprise it was to see a post from you SEA. I think John (Casechaser) said it so well. I like the light at the end of the path and it shows the hope we all have for your complete recovering. The lighting is superb.
On a lighter note-Caedes must be flooding. I keep getting Flood Control bulletins while commenting today.
Take care.

C!!!! So good to see you! (Hugs-hugs-hugs!) You have been in my thoughts and prayers. I have missed your sunshine around here.

Nice choice in selections from the bin ... all green and full of life, leaves just starting to turn, and all aglow in sunshine.

Sighs blissfully at the remembrance of green. Here, the world is bitterly cold and blanketed in snow and ice.

Will be thinking of you on the 22nd. Take care of yourself. Strive to be happy.
