You can feel the warmth coming from this setting sun while giving up its supremacy of the evening sky to the approaching nightly rule of the moon. Very nicely captured Mr C.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
The silhouettes are gorgeous against the setting sun and sky SEA. Is that a rooster on top of the steeple? Nice to see you posting again. Have a good weekend.
Cornelius. I had the same idea as 'trixxie 17'.This is a wonderful post cq entry for the current contest "Monochromatic Art Images" If you do so, I wish you good luck ! John
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
These beautiful golden tones give off a much needed and appreciated warmth to those of us in the cold, white winter right now but it's also warming to our hearts to have you back again, SEA...I agree with the others, this makes a lovely entry in the current contest...good luck and good to have you back.
