By the young leaves on the trees one can clearly see that even in the 'Middle of Nowhere' (a part of the peninsula South-Beveland, Zeeland, The Netherlands, ☺ ) spring is there.
Mother Nature does not play fair...spring is in the middle of nowhere but not where I am, lol...'nowhere' is a beautiful place, SEA, and you have captured its' beauty in the color, clarity, angle, and lovely shadows in this image.
I say the same thing as Pat above Cornelius. We are still waiting but weather reports say that on Friday our spring will be starting. Nice image with good depth. I also like the diagonal view.
I like the tilt to the left that this tree line is exhibiting, understanding that it's natural and not an aberration created by a wide lens... they are leaning in the middle of the photo as much as far to the left. I've seen that sort of thing in the northeastern part of my state and, here anyway, it's due to persistent prevailing winds, nearly always coming from the same direction. A very pleasing bucolic scene you've provided for us here, Mr. C.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
