Think that the boy and girl (twin or sibling?) haven't expected that the police was on patrol there (a beach on the west coast of the peninsula, Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands).
If I could have asked them about their opinion, I don't exclude that they might have said: "A manic situation." (☺), hence it's my contribution for Manic Monday.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
