Think it isn't the easiest way to cross this stream, somewhere at the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands. At my age I prefer to use (in the upright position) the depicted bridge for it, 😁 !
Think however that this guy is a cadet of a military school busy of practicing his military skills (cat crawl).
If not, it's a tad manic situation to me, and an apt entry for Manic Monday.
