Taken in December 2018 at a beach of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

For this capture I've deliberately chosen not to use the rules of thirds, so that it has a large amount of negative space. This choice, together with an almost deserted beach, is my attempt to create a feeling of calm and reflection. I hope that I've succeeded in doing this, but it's up to you to decide.

No matter about the space, it's a great capture.

Yes, you've achieved your goal with the space and the fact that there are only a few hardy souls out there adds to this feeling.

I like the "wide open spaces," look to this SEA. It really gives a sense of what it is truly like being there.
Well done.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
