I think the farmer couldn't say goodbye to his outdated and almost identical agricultural implements and therefore has deposited them on the lawn next to his yard.

I'm glad that this somewhat desolate sight is brightened up with blooming daffodils. A somewhat manic situation, hence it's my contribution for Manic Monday (Mē).

This is like the sentiment some people have for their "faithful" old car.A good one for this Monday Cornelius.

Yes, sometimes it's difficult to say goodbye to some things that you had for a long time. Nice memory capture, Cornelius.

Now Cornelius, why do I not see you sitting in one of those cold, rusted metal seats posing for us?????? What excuse can you provide that will appease us all out here in Caedesville???? If you don't have good excuse I can't tell you how much I LOVE this picture and how well framed and colored and processed it is so you'll have to imagine what I'm thinking about this awesome capture haha:):)

I think he used the implements for mowing and raking hay SEA. It looks like you made hay while the sun shines with this wonderful capture.
The rubiginous implements looks great against the greenery and flowers.
Good Manic Monday contribution.

What impresses me more than anything in this scene, is that it is truly attractive and I never expected it could be beautiful, but as you mention, the daffodils do add their beauty. Wonderful presentation.

Referring to Pat (Skates) comment above:

This image was taken about a week ago. In some (sunny) areas in my country, the daffodils are already blooming now, but not in my garden yet because they are planted in the more shadowed parts. That they are blooming that early isn't an exception here. Last year I provided Caedes with a daffodil image. In the narrative I added a link to a local newspaper item in which was given attention to this early phenomenon.
