In several area's of my country, and in my neighbor country Belgium to a lesser extent as well, flower parades are held during the spring time.
The photographs of this series were taken on April 22th, 2023 at such a flower parade in the north west part of my country.
The only disadvantage this year was the gray and rainy weather. I hope that, in spite of the not optimal weather conditions, the series still will bring you festive sights.

Lots of great colors on a dreary day, Cornelius. It really is hard to believe that the floats are all flowers. What a ton of work. Nice shot

Since this dragon is wearing eye glasses, I suspect there is a grand local story about him/her.
