Having had a quick look through your gallery it is obvious that you are imaginative and trying to produce some different and exciting works. Because of this it is difficult to say something about the image as I am sure the image is exactly what you intended it to be.
However, if I may make a couple of suggestions. Images in landscape format work best on this site, because it is primarily designed for desktops which are largely landscape, although not exclusively.
As for the image, I think a slightly more subtle use of contrast might produce something. Mask the face as you have done but put the image on less black so it merges more with the clouds and also try to not have the bright white area in the clouds as it overwhelms the eye. Just suggestions for my taste you understand.
