Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
a tale of a fateful trip.
That started from this tropic port,
aboard this tiny ship.
The mate was a mighty sailin' man,
the skipper brave and sure.
Five passengers set sail that day,
for a three hour tour, a three hour tour………
The weather started getting rough,
the tiny ship was tossed.
If not for the courage of the fearless crew,
the Minnow would be lost; the Minnow would be lost.
Oh boy!..I like this one Geri!.....great water and sky...really blends well together!...and just that little island to catch the eye!...........good post!
Even though I know it's a lake..and they don't call them the Great Lakes for nothin' ..lol...it looks for all the world like the ocean to me with the waves frosted with the tiny touch of foam and the very clear, clear water that allows you to see right straight to what seems to me to be the bottom. I love the turquoise coloration in the background by the island. It's a color that only Mother Nature could lift from her palette. Very nicely done :)PJ
