Not your local Wal Mart. There's a lot for sale here and the clerk knows exactly where it all is.
I had a very difficult time with the lighting on this image because those lamps caused everything towards the rear of the store to have a red cast. I had to try color balancing the image and adjusting the WB in several ways. There are two plug-ins used for the effects. One is Topaz Simplify for the BuzSum effect set very low and another layer was added using TopazClean3 for a texturized effect.
The image was also shot with a 2 MP camera.

Wow! That's one colourful image. Don't see any blending so you must have done a good job of it. Don.t see any 2800 degree Kelvin light either. That's where red light comes from.

Places like that are difficult to snap darlin'...if you had click your camera light setting to 'flourescence'. it would have toned down the orangy cast!...

Cindy, you've done a magnificent job here of balancing the light and all those different colors!! A super effect which has the appearance of being treated using HDR and tone mapping!! Wildly aggressive!!

Considering all the multicoloured objects in this image you have done a marvellous job Cindy. I almost felt giddy just looking at it. I suppose the camera became crazy when asked to shoot this:) Very colourful and beautiful!

I think my first digital was a 5mp COG so you did very well. The coloring fits right in with the disorganized look of the store. My wife would shop there for hours. Excellent post.

This is one of those shots that I could stare at for hours. There are so many things going on at the same time. Eye candy for those of us that are loaded on this Saturday evening.
