Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone. I missed the big Holyoke and Boston Parades. Everyone there is at least half Irish I think.

Don't ask me what Japanese flowers have to do with being Irish, but I have no shamrocks.

How about an Irish joke then?

Paddy was tooling along the road one fine day when the local policeman, a friend of his, pulled him over. "What's wrong, Seamus?" Paddy asked. "Well didn't ya know, Paddy, that your wife fell out of the car about five miles back?" said Seamus. "Ah, praise The Almighty!" Paddy replied with relief. "I thought I'd gone deaf!"

I actually heard someone pronounce "Anemones" the other day on the radio or TV. I wasn't even close the way I was pronouncing it! You have a gorgeous shot here, Cindy. Beautiful color and lighting. Well done!

Sea anemones are a group of water-dwelling, predatory animals of the order Actiniaria; they are named after the anemone, a terrestrial flower. When I saw the title, I thought I was going to see your dinner at the new sushi bar.

The joke was hilarious. The photo of the beautiful flowers is gorgeous. Or is it the other way around?
