The narcissus is a member of the Amaryllis family. It is also the name of a Greek youth who pined away over his own reflection and was turned into a narcissus flower. Why this could be him!

This is one of my favorite flowers, I love it very much, although I don't like Narcissus from the Greek mythology and also the people with such character. You made wonderful close up, Cindy.
