I like the sine wave in the background. Looks complete to me - And I think to add anything would spoil it. But I know what you mean...it's a common feeling to be not-quite-happy with the image. Sometimes if the solution is hard to find it's better to concentrate on the next image rather than over do this one. Keep posting.
Awesome, very surreal, I would put it in the surreal gallery, maybe just a slight gaussion blur? I don't know. Its one of those images that can't really be touched, if you know what I mean, which is a good thing. =)
thanks Shane, although i dont really know what would be surreal about it, at least myself, i dont see anything other than what is actually there in the imiage, so i dont know if it would be right to put it in surreal
Nice job with this one. The image almost seems to move before my eyes -- great effect. I don't know what's missing (if anything), so I'll leave you to figure it out. =) 10/10
You could try putting the green curved lines behind the white object then desaturate the orange lines a bit so they aren't so bright, then make it where it looks like it is shining more towards the front of the image.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. - Albert Eintstein + My image of choice Boredom created this
I really like the curves of the white and how it draws your eyes inward. If I were to change anything, I would remove the curving green lines, but I definitely would not add anything.
I really like this and I'm not even sure why. It does feel a little... harsh, but I definitely wouldn't add anything. I rather like the way the green and white interact so I wouldn't think it would improve it to move the green behind (but who knows? I don't have much experience...). I'm not sure I would blur it in general, but I wonder if the light rays were softened just a bit... maybe that would be better; maybe not. I might try that.
It's excellent, though. Really unusual and compelling. Could be the start of a whole series, I suppose (sine, cosine, tan...). Might be a bit hard to keep the element of surprise, mind.
I like the light being at the back. I think that is what really gives this its marvellous depth.
I like the entire idea; it reminds me of stairs, but it seems to look as though, instead of fading into the distance, the distance just instantly appear. Almost like the top of the Christmas tree died and that's why there's an angel on it now. But to be perfectly honest, I absolutely think it's got a great, almost "stairway to heaven" feel to it. I love the way it's put together, and the overlaping of the folds. It's very lovely.
This has been here for a while but I liked it at first glance and since you ask what's missing or is too much I'll say the white sines. I think without them...only with the green ones in the backgroung would be more pleasing for my eye..and I say my eye because it's only my opinion. :) Otherwise it's an interesting concept I like it.
