this is a great view. there's not much light but this tormented sky create a nice atmosphere. nice ripples in the water and reflections as well. at first I thought the borders with these little light effect were distracting but finnally it adds something, give a nice touch to your capture.^^

thanks, and i agree about the lights on the boarders, i was just messing around with them, but then i realized that they add because there is no real other lighted spots, and somehow they dont distract from the other details.

Very Nice shot, I especially like the clouds rolling over the mountains in the background. Your addition of the border does a lot, it makes it look like the sun is trying to break through the clouds and it adds brightness to a foreboding scene, I really like the combo, great work.

I agree with the others. Nice photo. Keep up the good work. I've downloaded quite a few of your other posts as well. You have a lot of talent.

Absolutely amazing! that's soo beautiful! I like the clouds on the mountain, and I really like what you've done with framing the panorama, the border's are very well done :) 10/10 and into my favorites for sure.

thanks for all the compliments guys, i wasnt too sure how this one would turn out, for photoimagery, i have a cannon S30 which has a 7.1-21.3mm lens which is equivilent to 28 or something to 85. fully zoomed in this one (21.3mm, f/5.0 1/500sec ISO 50) so probably around 85mm equivelent. it was 4 portrait oriented shots that i stiched together then croped a little. i like these panorama's because you get nice soft details because you are always "shrinking" the actual image to the downloaded size, so it gives you a nice grainless shot.

I like the boiling clouds and reflections. The border is quite tastefully done, although when I first saw them I thought it was over the top. (It grows on you).

Abouslutly stunning! Lovely veiw and capture!! Awesome angle too. I like the log to the side ..adds a cool feel. Also love the color of the water ..adds to the realism. And those mountains ...and the fog .. are just phoenaminal!!!! Love the little sparkles on the border. The only things that I don't perticularly like is the colors ..in my opinion they're a bit dull. Nice image though, I really like it. 8*

Awesome capture. I love the serenity and yet the underlying dark mood..... the light reflection on the silver lining is a great touch. I haven't seen anyone else do this, it's great. Thanks for posting this. 10/10 and faves! :D
