Someone got pretty close to the edge here it looks like. Sigma 10-20 with the new hoya pro 1 polarizer. they work very very nicely, the only problem, which is slightly visible here ( i fixed it a little) is that at 10mm (102 degree view) the circle of sky at right angles with the sun gets polarized almost twice as effectively as the sky around it.... so you can see a bit of a darker spot

I like the soothing shutter work and the polarized effect on the image. I guess the dark sky adds some beauty to the image even thought it doesnt match what u have naturaly saw there.

"someone got pretty close to the edge"???! It kinda looks like it was you with your camera eh??!! lol I love this whole scene...I love the close up of the snow and then the flowing water behind it. I usuallly do NOT like this type of water effect, but on this photo, it fits perfectly. And that sky..WOW Its gorgeous . I think you have posted a most lovely photo!! Bravo!!

i love the way the water is moving, i have done some with this effect too but they where a bit too busy i think.
oh and i like the perspective chosen here!

wow excelent i like how the river seems to flow through the shot and behind you. the angle is dead on.
