I like the color version better! It has a wonderful fresh/soft quality.

It would have been better if you had put in a link to the B/W version. Those who had not seen the B/W image wouldn't know what you meant. I like the colour version more, definitely.

If practice makes perfect and nobody is perfect, then why practice?
I think the fingers are a distraction, either have them a major part of the image, or not visible at all. If the four leaves are the subject of the shot then a depth of focus that gets all four leaves equally in focus might produce more impact. The light on the flower and leaves does have a lovely soft quality to it.
